The country’s newest brokerage is the first of its kind, and it may just be revolutionizing the industry

Does this not exist already? So many companies are using virtual tours and videos tours where you can navigate in 360..

First of it's kind? This is technology that is used by 1000's of agents already.

We are in a relationship business. More and more provinces are moving away from Limited Dual Agency. What we (REALTORS®) do best is network, collaborating to help our respective clients move from their current reality to their desired reality. All the technology in the world is merely a tool to us help do that. Commoditizing our business by trying to "compete" with technology gimmicks that tittilate instead of skills that remedy does nothing to promote the best interests of our clients.

Hey! Thanks for mentioning our new brokerage. This technology is certainly offered by tons of agents. We are pretty sure we are first to offer it to all sellers and provide VR headsets to our buyers to enjoy the technology (learn more: https://www.renzorealestate.com/virtual-reality/). And, although technology never replaces the need for human relationships, it is a great vehicle to help both buyers and sellers. Technology continues to impact the world of real estate and it's an interesting landscape to follow. Thanks again!
