CMHC's balloon never lands. Their "stress test" designed to slow down TO and Vancouver, has the result of bombing a weak Alberta housing market back into the stone-age. Using National Fiscal policies to address regional issues is, bluntly, dumb. Now they issue 'press releases" justifying this by implying there's a problem nation-wide. Only a nation wide problem if the country stops in Mississauga.(which for CMHC and the Liberal Gov't, it does)
