easy as it goes - no need to make snap descisions - this will level off - don't let your Client rush to get caught in ugly Financial positions -` everyone should have a cushion and time to think and re-organize

There are more places than Alberta feeling the pinch of the "falling barrel". So many city & towns across this country with tradesmen and workers commuting to places like Ft. Mac, Grande Prairie and oil/gas projects are feeling the insecurity. Here in BC we are feeling it already with sales slowing down. As little as the "little green people" like it, the oil industry was what was pulling our economy out of the recession over the past 5-6 years! Money always comes out of the ground in one form or another (mining, oil, agriculture, forestry), and is what starts the economy of a country to grow.

On the whole, Estate Agents do a good job at helping you buy and sell houses. But they are also geniuses at squeezing every possible penny from you or making you settle for the sale that's best for them.but am helping you buy best in cheap.
