Sky-high Vancouver prices are forcing buyers to look outside the city – and this is driving up prices in formerly affordable markets, according to one investor

It's not just the high prices add on to that the congested traffic, high petty crime and insane parking. Vancouver has lost it's charm and so many are cashing out and moving to places where there is little to no crime, people are nice, no parking problems, no traffic and just as many jobs opportunities.

We're seeing the benefits of this cash out on Vancouver island as people realize that they can a buy over here and still have money leftover!

Time to move to Nova Scotia and buy a beautiful oceanfront property for half the price.
