I think the idea of working both ends of a transaction is nothing new and the idea of the industry trying to police agents who want to do that is ridiculous. But, by the same token, the minute you start putting your listings exclusively on your own company site in order to buy you time to find a buyer, that's when you've crossed the lines ethically.

    I agree! This is a practice that has gone on for as long as I've been in the business. It's totally fine as long as the client remains top priority.
