I have a client who is relocating to Toronto with his family and wants a safe neighbourhood that is close to his work in the financial district. Any suggestions?

    I would recomend serviced appartments to discover the city before making a move. There are two on Simco, its worth living there for a month or two as there are many options.

    My client found an apartment in Liberty Village but plans to move come Spring into a house. She is considering the Bloor West Village area but I’m also look at neighbourhoods in East York. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also looking for property that have a strong opportunity for capital gains, growth.

    Hi JayListon, Did your client purchase a place in the city? Bloorwest village and Leslieville are good options.

    Welcome to you client to Toronto but Sorry to say that I don't have such suggestions becasue I am also new to Toronto but yes I can refer you the person who helped me in shifting. And the are in which I am living is wonderful. All the people living here are so genuie and nice. So I can refer you to contact them.
