I like Facebook for its immediacy but for getting noticed on google, nothing beats videos on google

There are really a lot of different ways to use social media to advertise your services. These days if you deal with people, you really need to position yourself so that your potential clients can find you on social media platforms and get to know and trust you even before they've met you. You have to understand how different social media platforms work, why people frequent them, and how to best find your target customers on those platforms.

You also need to be aware of what your goals are when using social media. Sure you might be thinking that it is to get more customers, and that may be true in the long run. However, that isn't always where you start. For example, if you are trying to increase your brand awareness in a local market you would approach things differently than if you were solely focused on directly bringing clients in the door. Once you understand the social media platform you are working with, and how to position yourself, you'll start to gain some traction.

The key is to do this in a way that increases your business brand without wasting your time! Remember, keep your clients' best interests in mind first, and the rewards will pay off much faster!
