Bet there are still a lot more Canadians that own property in the US. I take it all the Liberals will now refuse to vacation in Myrtle Beach, Florida or Palm Springs. Yeah Really!

Why don't they write about all the dumb changes to mortgages. How evident it is that they really don't know what they are doing. They are only putting the burden of the balance of the deposit (additional 15%) on the parents of the already overburdened 50 and 60 something year olds trying to retire but they can't because now they have depleted more of their savings. NOT to mention that their adult children are hanging around even longer to try to save for a deposit. RIGHT this really affected the millionaire investors bringing their bags of cash over. It really did and they're thanking us. Now the government has eliminated some of their competition ( you know the ones who live here and are trying to buy a house ) .. I know lots of people were complaining and that quieted them down because now we know that if we complain who knows what the government will do.. Why don't they just take all of our paychecks and buy our food and our houses for us. That's what's next. At the age of 30 we don't need gov't saving anyone. First time home buyers will take on more responsibility and learn to make do when they own a house, if they ever get to own one.
And how much of our own fake news are we giving credence to about the housing market. How their marvelous changes resulted in these great results. The results boasted about are fake. They manipulate those numbers too. We all know that in the industry.
We have a baby prime minister who is like an adolescent and spends more time looking in the mirror than he does trying to educate himself on how to run a country. Our baby pm needs to stop taking selfie's, keep his shirt on and get to work. Let's make it easier for our citizens to purchase houses not harder. I would like to implement a stress test to give the government. Like any other business .. You mess up .. We give you a warning .. Mess up again .. You're gone. No wait time.
    Have a great day everyone.

Justin only won on the established name of his dad, and the hundreds of thousands he represented in the Villeray district who he canvassed for years- the same type of 25,000 immigrants he has brought into our country who are not suited, will never work, pump out babies every 9 months, learn fast how to take advantage of all the benefits. He should take care of real Canadian people who are living on the street, starving, and seniors who worked & paid taxes & served this country all their life and are left in deplorable conditions.
Shame on Trudeau spending cfm $$ taking lavish vacations with all his entourage & nannies & all!!
