Oh, and Ringo Starr lived there too.
The drum-beating Beatle who famously belted out Yellow Submarine is trying to sell his 15.8-acre estate for $3.85 million – the same price the property was listed at last summer. It failed to sell then.
Starr and his wife, Bond Girl Barbara Bach, purchased the ranch in 1991 for $1.16 million. The couple listed it for sale in late August 2013, but cancelled the listing in June.
The 3,192 square-foot home has three bedrooms, exposed wooden beams, a stone fireplace and a horse pasture – but still no buyer.
But this isn’t the only property the former Beatle has on the market. Starr is also rumoured to be selling his England castle for £24 million. That 17th-century property is slightly more extravagant, featuring an indoor swimming pool, a private movie theatre and a helipad over 200 acres in the English countryside.
