Patrick Rocca had one of his best years in 2014. He sold more than 85 homes, beat his previous dollar-amount record, and held on to his title as one of the top agents in Toronto. But his crowning achievement, he says, was the award he won for outstanding community service. “I’ve been living and working in this community for over 24 years, and I think a lot of my success is because of my community,” he says. It’s that attitude, that drive to give back to his community, that keeps past clients on his roster and new ones walking through his door.
