Jared has always had a passion for Real Estate, demonstrated by starting an investment property portfolio when he graduated university. His real estate portfolio currently includes properties in the GTA, Southern ON and Florida. Jared’s expertise in this arena provides guidance to the first time or seasoned investor.

Before becoming a full time Real Estate Sales Representative, Jared started a company in 2004 focused on educating clients on how to purchase positive cash flow investment property. Jared enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience on what to look for in investment properties and he looks forward to taking this understanding and passion for Real Estate to help his clients through every step of the Real Estate process.

Jared has worked in various Senior Sales and Marketing Roles in Digital Advertising and Technology. From this experience Jared knows how to create a digital marketing strategy to help ensure your house is marketed properly in this ever evolving digital/social media world.
