    I am sick of hearing about Vancouver and Toronto Real Estate sales. Good Or Bad. It is certainly not representative of the rest of Canada.
    It makes your statistics irrelevant most of the country.

    Why not post statistics on different cities so that we can see different results and compare.

    I find that the overall statistics for Canada are not as useful as the statistical data for specific neighborhoods or types of properties in a given area. For example, in North Vancouver the Strata Property Market is Buyer friendly because a large stock of properties to choose from and price ranges that will fit many Buyers needs.
