Real estate & money laundering.... Say it ain't so!
Who is paying the inflated purchase price?
Some poor shmuck who isn't being told about the boost
In price, or a money launderer washing offshore dirty money or Canadian
    drug money?
Either way, a lot of bureaucrats federally & provincially appear
to be asleep on the job.

Transparency and full disclosure seems to be a pandemic in Canada. This applies to our present government as well. All contracts to be signed by consumers should be presented in advance... signing documents and having 10 days to cancel (ie: Ontario) is BS. All documents should be upfront and disclosed publicly. People should stand together and work collectively. We as consumers are being taxed to death and the regulatory bodies are not doing their jobs. So all you baby-boomers wakeup, standup and speakup... we have enough time and experience to shed some positive light on these situations. We owe it to our children and grand-children!
