Mortgage brokers help warm the homeless

by Steve Randall16 Dec 2016
Mortgage brokers from Invis-Mortgage Intelligence visited homeless shelters in nine Canadian cities this week to distribute warm clothing and other supplies to those most in need.

The brokerage and its partners have been teaming up for the Angels in the Night Homeless Shelter Project for 14 years and planned to distribute 100,000 items with this year’s activity.

“We're once again proud of this grass-roots local project that has evolved into a coast-to-coast initiative of caring and community outreach.  Helping those who don't have a place to call their own resonates strongly with our brokers and employees who work tirelessly to make it a success each year" says Cameron Strong, CEO, Invis-Mortgage Intelligence.

The brokers visited shelters in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Mississauga, Barrie, Kitchener-Waterloo, Halifax and London.
