National Bank creating 200 jobs with new call centre

National Bank of Canada is investing $4.7 million in a new call centre in Sherbrooke.

The centre is expected to open in the summer of 2020 and will create around 200 jobs, including customer service representatives, team leaders, and a centre manager.

The bank is inviting applications from people of all backgrounds and ages including retirees and newcomers to Canada in a bid to create a truly diverse and intergenerational workforce.

The selection of Sherbrooke represents National Bank’s confidence in the Eastern Townships region where 225 of its employees are already based.
