to target 20 Canadian locations for expansion

Growth is in the sights of Canada’s largest full-service, private real estate sale network. wants to expand with 20 new franchised Canadian locations by the end of 2019 and is also introducing 4 master franchises in the United States.

The company already has 83 units in Canada and opened a new location on average every 22 days during 2018.

But the rapid expansion for this year will include targeting locations such as Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and the US East Coast.

The company was founded by Ken LeBlanc, Jeremy Demont and Walter Melanson in Moncton in 1998 and now has more than 10,000 listings on its site.

"Home owners deserve the opportunity to experience the difference a high-tech, high-touch real estate solution can make," says LeBlanc. "We like to think of ourselves as the future of real estate and aim to bring real change to the industry. We want to put consumers back in the driver's seat so they can "take control" of their real estate experience."

Passion for real estate
The company is looking for its next wave of Canadian franchisees and LeBlanc says that real estate experience isn’t essential but passion for it is.
