One of Toronto’s most iconic historic buildings is to go on sale this week having been in the same ownership for half a century.
Jarvis House was built in 1914 for Jennie Brooke Jarvis, a descendant of Daniel Brooke, a prominent merchant who played a leading role in Toronto's early history.
The 1067 Yonge Street building in the Rosedale neighbourhood provides 12,500-square-foot of commercial retail/office space.
Avison Young has the listing with the owner choosing Gregory Lever, a Senior Associate in Avison Young's Toronto office, and David Horowitz, a Vice-President in the Toronto office, to handle the sale.
