Real estate agent donates $130K to Ontario hospital

A real estate agent is donating $1for every resident of Cambridge, ON to local hospital, making a total of $130,000.

RE/MAX broker Faisal Susiwala is one of Canada’s top 10 real estate brokers and in is the top 1% within the global network during his career of 29 years so far.

The Cambridge Memorial Hospital will use the generous gift towards the cost of a new wing and renovation of an existing wing.

“Sometimes, it’s hard to realize that if everyone stepped up and donated a fraction of their income, together, we can make a huge difference,” said Susiwala. “Cambridge Memorial Hospital is looking for donations as the institution works towards redeveloping and expanding to accommodate our growing community. I’m honoured to be part of that.”
