A new real estate lead generation solution has been announced by Ontario-based tech-focused brokerage Search Realty Corp. which it says is unlike anything else in the industry.
The patent pending technology Leads on Demand automates the process of ad management and generates multiple types of leads for agents in any denomination, in any city in the world, in any language, and in any price range in real time.
It has taken 10 years of research and development to create the new product, which is currently only available to Search Realty Corp.’s own agents.
To use it, agents simply log in, enter the number of leads, along with their desired location, type of lead, and other preferences; and ads are then deployed on Google or Bing based on the agents' specified details.
Agents can expect to receive high-quality leads with up to 20 data points (versus only name, number & email) delivered directly to their inbox within 24 hours.
The company says that its software will mean agents avoid the “tedious, traditional steps to acquire business like knocking on doors and handing out flyers” and have greater control over their income by determining how many leads they need to generate and targeting the software to provide them.
