Earlier this week, Altus Group Limited announced the launch of ARGUS Cloud, its newest platform designed to vastly improve industry players’ business efficiency.

The commercial property services company touted unparalleled transparency and decision-making improvements as the ARGUS Cloud’s greatest assets.

It will also allow users to coordinate transactions anywhere and anytime, on any of the wide variety of devices that the platform supports. A secure and centralized process will ensure secure cloud storage for valuable client and broker data.

“With the launch of ARGUS Cloud, we’re creating a connected ecosystem for the commercial real estate industry by delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that provide complete portfolio transparency and insights,” Altus Group CEO Bob Courteau said.

Altus also announced the first of its web-based applications to be supported by the platform. ARGUS Acquire is an intelligent deal-management solution specifically designed for acquisition teams.

“This is a key part of our product and partner strategy, and the next step in our plan to build additional integrated end-to-end solutions that will streamline business processes, leverage third-party data sources and reduce complexity within the CRE industry,” Courteau added.
