Land developer appoints new executives

A leading land development company recently unveiled the posting of two new key officials.

Last week, ROI Land Investments—which specializes in acquiring vacant land and participates in the early stages of commercial/residential development—announced its appointment of Martin Scholz as its new Chief Executive Officer, while Stéphane Boivin was selected as Chief Operating Officer.

“I’ve been involved in building ROI for several years, and I am honoured to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer,” Scholz said. “ROI has a sound business model, and there are significant opportunities for us to grow into a successful global business.”

“ROI Land Investments represents a great opportunity for a passionate, disciplined, experienced and highly motivated real estate development project executive,” Boivin added. “I am confident that we can grow this company and bring it to the next level.”

With projects currently in progress in North America and the UAE, ROI Land Investments not only acquires idle land for further development, but also manages the permit process, oversees the construction of infrastructure, and collaborates with established developers.
