What do your listing videos include? Maybe some easy jazz playing in the background? How about a confident host? Or a meteorologist explaining the wonderful climate in that region?
The producers of this listing video (which you can see below) for a property in the community of Rancho Santa Fe in California went above and beyond in marketing the property.
In addition to a guided tour of the nine-acre property – called El Milagro, or ‘the Miracle’ – the video features interviews with a meteorologist from the National Weather Service, who explained the weather patterns in Rancho Santa Fe that make it such a great place to live, as well as various members of the community, who described their favourite things about the neighbourhood.
The video also showcased the owner of the home, betting icon Billy Walters, who described the $7 million in renovations that he completed. Some of those additions include a dining room that can accommodate 30 people, a short-game golf course, an 80-foot swimming pool and spa, and a tennis court that overlooks the citrus orchard.
Interestingly, this spectacular estate is set to be sold via auction.
