Just a few days after the death of pop icon Prince last week (April 21), his expansive home—which is located in one of Toronto’s most expensive neighbourhoods—went up for sale for a whopping $13 million.

The celebrated artist, who was 57 years old at the time of his death, purchased the 14,280-square-foot estate with Canadian philanthropist Manuela Testolini, although Prince hasn’t resided in the house since a divorce with Testolini in 2006.

The home is situated in the upscale Bridle Path subdivision, and boasts of 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, along with a hair salon, a tennis court, a pool, and other high-end amenities.

According to a court petition filed this week by his sister Tyka Nelson, Prince did not leave a will for his assets, which include an estimated $27 million in properties.
