Real Estate Professional Begins the Search for Canada’s Top Real Estate Teams

REP is currently working on our first ever Top Teams issue, where we showcase the top producing real estate teams across the country. By analyzing location, sales volume and total revenue, we hope to provide a legitimate, verifiable picture of which teams are having the biggest impact on their respective brokerages.

Because excellence exists everywhere, we want to ensure successful teams in Canada’s smaller markets receive proper recognition. We will be categorizing our nominees based on market size, allowing us to better celebrate the achievements of the dedicated professionals who make the industry as progressive and exciting as it is, no matter where they are.

To nominate a team for consideration, follow this link. We will require the following information for a team to be considered:
  • Location
  • Number of team members
  • Team leader
  • Broker of record
  • 2015 sales – sales volume
  • 2015 sales – revenue
  • 2014 sales – sales volume
  • 2014 sales – revenue
All sales figures will need to be verified by the associate brokerage’s accounting team.

    Could REP concentrate on realty news and do without the propaganda and pointless "searches"? "Teams" do not work any harder than individuals. Do some thinking please.

    i personally don't care about the top team in our industry accross the country. What do or the rest of us as an agent learn from them.
    Shouldn't you spend your time to do something for all of us to benefit from than searching who is the best. Good for them.
