It’s tough enough lasting over a decade in the industry, but this one brokerage is also one of the country’s fastest growing.

Royal LePage First Contact Realty The Faris Team rang in its 10-year anniversary in style this month with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

That event wasn’t merely ceremonial, though.

The team also announced it had placed in Canadian Business’s annual PROFIT 500 list, coming in at no. 131.

“I’m proud of how far we’ve come, the lives we’ve touched and the difference we’ve made in our communities over the past ten years,” reflected Mark Faris, Co-Founder/CEO/Broker, Royal LePage First Contact Realty The Faris Team, Brokerage. “When my wife, Joanna, and I started on this journey, to go full out for clients, the community and the team, we had a vision of what we wanted to accomplish, and this is a testament to what you can achieve when you believe in yourself and have the love and support of others around you.

“We look forward to many years of continued success, growth, and opportunities to serve our communities. To everyone who has helped us along the way – we extend our heartfelt thank you.”

In its 29th year, The PROFIT 500 list is a ranking of the country’s fastest-growing companies.

Faris has also led his team to become  the #1 sales team in Canada out of nearly 20,000 Realtors at Royal LePage in 2015. Then, in 2016, team eclipsed its 2015 sales record, setting a Royal LePage record, on its way to becoming the #1 team in Canada once again.
