As founder, President and CEO of Paradigm Quest Inc., Kathy Gregory was the first female CEO in the Canadian mortgage industry. (She remains the only one.) Being a successful business leader in a predominantly male industry, she is no stranger to breaking new ground and traditional barriers. Starting the company with only $3 million in capital in 2005, Gregory has built an unprecedented success story. Paradigm now employs over 300 people across offices in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal, and has over $23 billion in assets under administration.
No stranger to recognition, Gregory was inducted into the Canadian Mortgage Hall of Fame in 2013 and later received the Profit Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship at the 2016 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneurship Awards. She was recently appointed as an Honorary Chair for the 2018 Princess Margaret Cancer Centre OneWalk.
