An award-winning realtor for an impressive 40 years, Pauline Aunger has not only been a driving force behind the success of Royal LePage Advantage, but behind Ontario real estate itself. She has spent her career volunteering in organized real estate, first on committees and then as a leader. She has served as president of her local board, president of OREA, president of CREA and, in 2017, as an international director for the National Association of REALTORS in the United States. She continues to serve on the Professional Standards Committee of her local board as well as committees at the provincial and national level. Her insight and influence cannot be overstated.
