Even though Claude Boiron successfully converted half of his business to residential in 2014, he’s still a leading innovator in the commercial sphere. In addition to authoring books on the topic of commercial real estate and teaching courses on the subject at the University of Toronto, Boiron negotiated and designed a building that will feature the world’s largest rooftop solar system, which has an annual environmental CO2 offset equal to 285 metric tons of gasoline.
