A true people person, Germanese was drawn to real estate because of the opportunity to be regularly exposed to fresh perspectives and new successes. “People intrigue me and I always love to know their story,” he says. “And I get a rise seeing that up-and-coming agent come into the business and do great.”
Germanese will certainly get the chance to do more of the latter, having launched a new team, AW4U – The Real Estate Group, in January. He envisions the venture providing “more time and more like-minded agents to serve more people.”
