Where it was once a non-stop thrill-ride, Vancouver’s real estate market is now more of a slog through gridlock. By finding creative ways to make real estate affordable and the purchasing process simpler for homebuyers, Troy Abromaitis has found success in both extremes.
In addition to selling more than 200 properties for Bucci Developments in 2018, Abromaitis also served as president of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, received a scholarship to MIT and expanded his business into Alberta. The Vancouver market may not be as busy as it was a few years ago, but Abromaitis surely will be.
