According to co-leader Sherry Rioux, weekly training and knowledge-sharing have played a large part in the continued growth of Collingwood, Ontario’s Rioux Baker Team. These informative meetings have sharpened her agents’ skills, kept them up-to-date with industry regulations and standards and helped them optimize a tricky combination of CRMs.
Rioux takes pride in the range of personalities and backgrounds present on her team, which fosters an environment of support and open-mindedness. “The greatest reward,” she says, “has been to see how the individual team members have grown, not only financially but by stepping outside their comfort zones.”
