Tiny Qualicum Beach is not immune to the recent turmoil in the BC market. Sales are declining at the same time regulations are increasing, doubling the pressure on local agents. “The recent rule changes have required us to sharpen our attention to detail and increase our outreach to clients,” says team leader Rob Ohs. “With volume dropping significantly and many home buyers taking a wait and see approach, we try to educate both our buyer and seller clients in terms of the current market and how it relates to their specific situation.”
